Top East Asia Sdn. Bhd.is the outcome of the merger between the 2 companies on 1st August 2010:

  • Solico Group of Companies
  • Ultra Knowledge Sdn. Bhd.
    • Initially, TOP East Asia Sdn. Bhd entered the Malaysian market but linking up with a number of hypermarkets in the region, and slowly adapted a more wholesale perspective to sales.

    TOP East Asia Sdn. Bhd has been able to also market, sell and distribute its products across borders as well. Not only it manages and controls its activities in Malaysia, with its base at Kuala Lumpur, but also it has penetrated into Indonesia and Singapore and Thailand, and plans to link up with strong distributors to cooperate in other East Asia Countries as well.
